To purchase Products on the Website, You must create an Account and or use PayPal for express checkout.

If creating an Account, you must complete all information required by Us.

Any order for Products made through the Website is an offer by You to purchase those Products for the price of those Products (together with all applicable Delivery Fees and Taxes) at the time You place the order. 8.Cancellation of Orders by Us

We may cancel the whole or any part of an order (including any orders that We have accepted) at any time without any liability to You if: (a) any Product in the order is not available; (b) there is an error or omission in the price or description of any Product in the order on the Website; (c) We reasonably believe You are in breach of any term or condition of this Agreement; (d) payment in respect of the order is unable to be processed; (e) We reasonably suspect that You are purchasing Products for the purposes of resale or resupply and that has not been agreed to by Us; (f) the Products are subject to a product withdrawal or recall; or (g) the transaction is suspected of being the subject of credit card or payment-related fraud. If We cancel any order, We will endeavour to provide You with reasonable notice.

We will refund any amount already paid in respect of any cancelled order. In the case of part cancellation of an order, a refund will be provided on the amount paid that relates to the cancelled portion of the order.

9.Cancellation of Orders by You

It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your order is correct before finalising and making payment. You may be able to cancel an order if You advise Us prior to Your order being picked and shipped. To enquire about cancelling an order, please email Us at infosales@reach-pharma.com.

We cannot be held liable if We are unable to complete Your cancellation request after payment has been made and the order has been released for dispatch.

10.Delivery of Products

We only deliver Products ordered on the Website within certain postcodes in Australia. We use Team Global Express Australia Post and StarTrack to ship to all Australian customers and We may use an alternative courier company, if deemed necessary.

We endeavour to ensure all orders received by 11:00am (AEST) are despatched same day and We endeavour to ensure all other orders are despatched next business day.

You agree to comply with all delivery requirements (including, without limitation, any delivery location restrictions) as set out by Us on the Website. For some Products, We may contact You to make arrangements for delivery.

We do not accept liability for delays in delivering Products which are beyond Our reasonable control (for example, but not limited to, if stock is unavailable, there are issues with Our delivery providers or if there is an adverse weather event).

Products will be delivered to the address You provide in Your order. You must ensure that either someone is present to accept delivery or there is somewhere accessible, secure and safe to leave Your order. Our couriers require a signature to leave Your delivery, so someone needs to be at the delivery address to accept and sign for delivery. You may wish to consider providing Us with Your work address for delivery if You will not be home during business hours. Alternatively, You can change Your delivery status to “no signature required” in the delivery comments field when placing an order, or with the Team Global Express Australia Post consignment tracking page. We may require the person accepting the delivery of Your order to provide us with proof of identity and/or the credit card used to pay for the order (if applicable). You acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the Products is authorised by You to receive Your order. Where no one is at the delivery address to accept and sign for delivery and where you have not indicated in the delivery comments when placing an order, or with the Team Global Express Australia Post consignment tracking page that no signature is required, your Product will likely be returned to our warehousebe taken to the nearest Australia Post office for your future collection. Further shipping attempts will require You to pay again the Delivery Fees for such repeated delivery, in which case we will contact You to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the further delivery attempt.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Our couriers do not make weekend deliveries. All orders are despatched from Erskine ParkMelbourne, NSWVictoria, Australia. Once despatched, You will be notified via email and/or SMS together with consignment tracking information. Progress of Your delivery may be tracked via the delivery service website. Please check Your provided courier consignment tracking for consignment updates and estimated delivery times. Please contact Us at infosales@reach-pharma.com with details of your order, including order number, if You require any assistance with courier tracking, delays, or other delivery issues.

Risk in the Products and title in the Products ordered on the Website passes to You upon delivery to You at Your delivery address.

11.Inspection and returns

To assist Us in resolving any problems with Products You may experience, please inspect the Products upon delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification or similar problem to Us as soon as You become aware of it.
